Eloise Lisa Kate Mitchell, 54 of Rome, was arrested at the Town Green Parking Deck after she was found trespassing in its bathroom.
Reports said that Mitchell had been banned from the bathroom in October 2024.
Mitchell is charged with criminal trespass.
