Reginald Garrett, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a 26 year-old woman when he Facetimed her and then proceeded to send her nude photographs of herself.
Reports stated that the victim reported that Garrett did not have permission to take, have or distribute the nude photographs.
Garrett is charged with aggravated stalking, use of communication facility in commission of a crime, items prohibited by an inmate, harassing communications, and distributing obscene materials.
