Eureka Lovette Jackson, 54 of Atlanta, was arrested this week after reports said she punched a 48 year-old Rome woman in the face during a dispute on Springdale Drive.
Reports stated that the victim was left with visible injuries to her face and back.
The incident occurred in front of a juvenile child.
Jackson is charged with battery and cruelty to children in 3rd degree.
