Crystal Gail Battaglia, 47 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after police said they found her driving down Old Summerville Road while under the influence with a child in the car.
Police said that after stopping Battaglia for driving without a headlight they discovered that she was allegedly driving impaired and under the influence of narcotics.
Battaglia is charged with DUI, endangering a child by DUI, driving without headlights and a headlight violation.
