Woman Jailed in Rome for Burglarizing Home of Utilities

Jasmine Miranda Hamilton, 36 of Plainville, was arrested this week after reports said she burglarized a home on Spring Circle.

Police said that on December 13^th, Hamilton entered the home and used its utilities without permission of the owner or care taker of the property.

Hamilton is charged with first degree burglary.
