Hannah Louise Hughes, 30 of Summmerville, was arrested in Rome after reports said she was captured stealing nearly $600 in merchandise from the West Rome Walmart.
Reports said that Hughes bypassed all pointes of sale with $584.88 in items before being taken into custody by loss prevention.
Hughes is charged with felony theft by shoplifting.
