Tonya Sue Huskins, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole heat from a tenant of one of her properties.
Police stated that Huskins turned off the power box to the tenant’s E. Big Indian Trail home after not paying rent.
The victim was listed as a 28 year-old female.
Huskins is charged with theft by taking.
