Jessica Lynn Randle, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found yelling profanities on a public sidewalk.
Officers said that Randle was found near the intersection of Watson Street and Woodbine Avenue.
Randle is charged with disorderly conduct and probation violation.
