Michelle Tikaya Williams, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attacked a 37 year-old woman at a home on Cotton Avenue.
Police said that Williams, who was found with alcohol, “swung” her arms at the victim and placed her in fear of receiving injury.
Williams is charged with simple battery and being intoxicated to the point of causing danger to others.
