Jayquane Marquise Harris, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole vaping supplies from X-Hale City on Shorter Avenue.
Reports stated that Harris stole $109.98 worth of items back in September.
Harris is charged with theft by shoplifting and failure to appear.
