David Euford James JR, 46 of College Park, was arrested in Rome after reports said he signed a traffic citation using his brother’s name and identity.
The report said that James was involved in a wreck at the intersection of Shorter Avenue and North Division Street in September 2019.
It wasn’t until recently that James’ true identity was discovered and a warrant was taken for his arrest.
James is charged with false statements and writings along with giving false information to police.
