An inmate at the Floyd County Prison, Willjarvis Tyrell McIntosh, 33 of Hartwell, was arrested this week after reports said he conspired with others to sneak contraband into the prison.

Reports stated that McIntosh conspired with Justin Bingley and two civilians to sneak 243.81 grams of tobacco, 471 grams of marijuana, 6  sheets of suspected strips and rolling papers.

McIntosh is charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, possession of marijuana, items prohibited by an inmate, and the use of a communication facility in commission of a felony.
