Jason Matthew Mitchell, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he acted in a reckless manner when he discharged a gun within 50 feet of a public road.
Police said that Mitchell shot the gun near Dellwood Avenue while intoxicated. Mitchell is charged with reckless conduct and discharging a gun near a public roadway
