An 18 year-old Silver Creek teen, David Joseph Tatum Jr, was arrested this week after he was allegedly found drunk and belligerent.
Officers said that while speaking with Tatum on Old School Road he fell and became belligerent while admitting to drinking two M/D 20/20 alcoholic beverages.
Tatum is charged with intoxicated minor to the point of causing danger to themselves.
