Rome Man Jailed for Armed Robbery of Store on Shorter Avenue

Jacquez D’Anthony Jolly, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he brandished a gun and robbed the City Center Food Mart on Shorter Avenue.

Reports stated that Jolly stole close to $2,500 in cash before fleeing on December 20^th.

He was found and taken into custody at a location on Wilkerson Road.

Jolly is charged with armed robbery.
