Monique LaShone Livingston, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after a drunken outburst that placed two children in risk of their lives.
Police stated that Livingston drove drunk with two children (ages 4 and 7) unrestrained in her vehicle.
Then while at a home on Ashland Park Blvd she tossed a bottle threw a man’s window, causing it to shatter.
Livingston is charged with endangering a child by DUI, DUI, criminal trespass and a seat belt violation.
