Shainia Alexanderia Harding-Walker, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she threatened to stab a 58 year-old man with an ice pick.
Police added that when they arrived on the scene, Couper Street, she was found with a used drug pipe in her pants.
Harding-Walker is charged with simple assault, terroristic threats/acts and possession of drug related objects.
