John Derrick Turner III, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he used a baseball bat to beat a 44 year-old woman’s trash can.
Reports went on to say that Turner caused damage to the $20 trash can at a home on Howell Street.
Turner is charged with criminal trespass damage to property.
