Anthonly Stephen Mantock, 53 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he went to eat at Hardees on Turner McCall Blvd after being previously banned from the property.
Mantock is charged with criminal trespass.
Mantock has also been banned from Chef Chen buffet.
