Francisco Miguel Pablo, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he purposefully played loud music at 2:20 AM while waking all his neighbors.
Officers said that Pablo proceeded to not obey lawful commands before being taken into custody at his East Drive home.
Pablo is charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.
