Grady Lamar Vaughn, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he refused to leave Atrium Health Floyd after being discharged as a patient.
Reports added that Vaughn had been previously banned from the property unless he was a patient.
Vaughn is charged with criminal trespass.
