Roy Dale Reed Jr, 42 of Rockmart, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in a drunken state while urinating on a public sidewalk.
Reports said that Reed was taken into custody on Tribune Street in Rome.
Reed is charged with city drunkenness and probation violation.
