Grant Timothy Wentz, 28 of Athens, was arrested this week in Rome after reports said he was found attempting to remove his clothing while walking along Cave Spring Street.
Reports aid that when officers arrived on the scene they believed Wentz to be under the influence of drugs.
Police added that Wentz is also accused of throwing Pokémon cards at another man, striking him in the neck.
Wentz is charged with simple battery, disorderly conduct and pedestrian under the influence.
