John Thomas Stoicoff, 53 of Lindale, was arrested this week for physically hurting a 47 year-old woman.
Reports said that the victim was attempting to get her cellphone to call 911 when Stoicoff grabbed her arm. The victim then told authorities that Stoicoff’s actions resulted in a scratch that bleed.
Stoicoff is charged with battery.
