Cameron Lavell Jackson Jr, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found pushing a stroller and a 2 year-old child down the street while he was intoxicated.
Reports said that Jackson was found placing himself and the child in danger while walking along East 19th Street near Olmstead Street.
Jackson is charged with city drunkenness.
