Timothy Parks, 17 of Atlanta, was arrested in Rome after reports said he threatened a 53 year-old Rome man at the Holiday Inn on Hobson Way.
Reports said that while making the threats, Parks threw numerous items at him.
Parks is also accused of using “abusive words” toward the victim
Parks is charged with disorderly conduct and terroristic threats/acts.
