April Martin, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she refused to identify herself during an investigation and then attempted to bribe arresting officers.
Reports stated that Martin offered $1,000 to four officers in exchange to be released from custody without charges filed.
Martin is charged with four counts bribery and obstruction.
