Michael Anthony Thimesch, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he failed to notify authorities of his residential move.
Reports said that after moving from his home at 1 Crawford Street he failed to report in the 72 hour time frame.
Thimesch is charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
