Dayzon La’Damion Brathwaite, 19 of Rome, was arrested at the East Rome McDonald’s this week after reports said he forced a 17 year-old teen to the ground and then beat her in the face.
The incident occurred just after midnight on Sunday.
Brathwaite is charged with simple battery.
