Adelso Quej-Cho, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he imprisoned a woman inside a home on Wentworth Place and then repeatedly attempted to stabbed her with a knife.
Reports said that Quej-Cho reportedly then hit the woman causing bruising on her arms.
Police went on to say that a teen observed the attack
Quej-Cho is charged with aggravated assault, battery, simple battery, false imprisonment, 3rd degree cruelty children, possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime and felony obstruction.
