Shelton Tremaine Harris, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he found a lost wallet at the Circle K on Martha Berry Blvd and proceeded to use its debit cards to make purchases.
Police said that Harris, after finding the wallet and its belongings, went to a nearby CVS and make purchases.
The incident occurred back on October 26th.
Harris is charged with financial transaction card fraud and theft of mislaid property.
