Quindarius Dresond Marques Tate, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he trespassed on government property and attacked another person.
Reports said that Tate entered onto Housing Authority property after having been banned. He then destroyed a window and then punched a victim in the face.
The victim reportedly suffered visible injuries.
Tate is charged with battery, criminal trespass, interference with government property, failure to appear and probation violation.
