Robert Allen Welch, 65 of McDavid, FL, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted two individuals, including one elder woman, at a home on Mt Alto Road.
Reports said that Welch grabbed one victim by the throat and choked them to the point they could not breathe.
He then kicked a wheelchair toward a victim resulting in injury.
One of the victims suffered visible bruising, redness and swelling to their arm.
Welch is also accused of throwing a large container at the victim causing it to shatter.
He is also accused of damaging a rock that given to the victim by her deceased son.
Welch is charged with aggravated assault, two counts simple assault, battery, two counts criminal trespass and aggravated battery.
