Tyrone LaFochia Morgan, 46 of Lyerly, was arrested at Jack’s Restaurant on Shorter Avenue in Rome after he crashed his car into another’s and then robbed them.
Reports said that Morgan, while possessing an unspecified weapon, threatened to kill the victim, a 39 year-old man, before stealing their car keys.
Morgan is charged with armed robbery, theft by taking, terroristic threats and acts along with criminal trespass.
