Keshawn Cornelius Jackson, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with a stolen gun and drugs.
Officers said that they stopped Jackson behind Kroger and while detaining him they located the stolen firearm.
A search was then conducted, leading officers to find marijuana and a THC packet.
Jackson is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a gun by a person under the age of 21, theft by receiving stolen property, and possession of marijuana.
