Ralph Mallad, 71 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week at the East Rome Walmart after reports said he skipped scanned 18 food items.
Reports said that Mallard proceeded to walk of the store without paying for the items, which was valued at $66.01.
Mallad is charged with theft by shoplifting.
