Christian Jacob Harrell, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted a 25 year-old woman at a home on Auburn Lane.
Reports said that Harrell snatched the victim’s cellphone from her before knocking her to the ground.
The victim suffered visible injuries from the assault.
Harrell is charged with simple assault.
