LeDerek DeShawn Keith, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he shoved a woman down on a bed and began to choke her.
Reports added that Keith proceeded to damage the victim’s television and smoke detector.
Keith then proceeded to leave the residence after officers told him to stay.
Keith is charged with simple assault, criminal trespass and obstruction.
