Hilma E Maldonado Escobar, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she lied about her identity in order to get a driver’s license.
Reports said that Escobar used another person’s name, date of birth and social security number while completing an application at the Dept of Driver Services back in January 2017.
Escobar is charged with false statements and writings.
