Rome Floyd Metro Drug Task Force Arrest Three During Raid at Marble Way Home

The Rome Floyd Metro Drug Task Force arrested Henry Lamar Ferguson, 53, Lula Ann Whittenberry, 61, and Misty Dawn Lopez, 44, all of Rome, after finding a large assortment of various drugs during a raid of 100 Marable Way.

Officers said that they found methamphetamine, hydrocodone, fentanyl and a glass smoking device inside the home.

All are charged with possession of meth, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute, and possession of drug related objects.

Ferguson and Lopez are both additionally charged with probation violation.
