Kimberly Sue Runde, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attacked a 6 year-old girl at a local hospital.
Reports said that Runde pulled the child by the hair while in the ER of the hospital. Runde then proceeded to yell, scream and curse at staff.
Runde is then accused of holding the child to the point she had to be pried apart.
Runde is charged with simple battery, 3rd degree cruelty to children, disorderly conduct and obstruction.
