Jeremiah Eugene Barry Golden, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he allowed a convicted felon to gain access to a Canik semi-automatic handgun.
Golden is also accused of placing another person under surveillance and then following them in an effort to harass and intimidate them.
Golden is charged with stalking and soliciting a deal to sell a firearm to another person other than the buyer.
