Charles Clifford Hall, 47 of Rome, was arrested after reports said that while in a drunken state groped a 21 year-old woman at the Dark Side of the Moon without her permission.
Reports added that Hall then became involved in a fight with several other individuals.
While being taken into custody, police said that Hall was found with marijuana.
Hall is charged with simple battery, public drunk and possession of marijuana.
