Christopher David Krall, 53 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he damaged police equipment while being taken into custody for trespassing.
Reports said that Krall fought with officers during his arrest, which resulted in their body camera being knocked off and damaged.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Broad Street and 3rd Avenue.
Krall is charged with interference with government property, obstruction and criminal trespass.
