Marvin Benjamin Escobar Vargas, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he raped an adult family member after she was passed out intoxicated.
Reports said that Vargas penetrated the sex organ of the victim with his sex organ.
Vargas is charged with rape and incent with an adult.
