David Larry Bopp, 61 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he exposed his sexual organs to a 10 year-old child.
Reports said that Bopp opened an upstairs window to a home and then removed his genitalia from his pants before urinating outside.
Bopp is charged with public indecency.
