Charles Richard Dean, 50 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he repeatedly exposed his penis to a 27 tear0old woman on Grace Street.
The victim told police that Dean showed the victim his penis three times before she called 911 for assistance.
Dean is charged with public indecency.
