Dustin Earl Cotton, 34 of Rome, was arrested for assaulting and imprisoning another man on Woods Road in a gang-related attack.
The report said that Cotton, while acting in a leadership role in the Ghost Face Gangsters, ordered and participated in an attack on another man back in July 2022.
One of the gang members reportedly held the victim against his will while other members struck him with a metal object on his body and head.
Cotton is charged with aggravated assault, battery, false imprisonment, unlawful for person associated with street gang activity, three counts unlawful for person to obtain membership with a street gang, obtaining a leadership role in a street gang.
