A caretaker of an 82 year-old woman, Otmarah Jahil Kortram, 24 of Cedartown, has been arrested after allowing her to fall and forcing her to lay alone for an hour.
Reports said that Kortram did not assist the victim in a recliner, which resulted in her falling into the floor and lying alone for nearly one hour.
Kortram is charged with neglect of an elderly disabled person.
