Mary Kathryn Gibbons, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attacked her mother in front of an infant child.
Reports said Gibbons, while heavily intoxicated, shoved her mother during an argument.
When police arrived, Gibbons is accused of kicking arresting officers.
Gibbons is charged with felony obstruction, simple battery and cruelty to children in the 3rd degree cruelty to children.
